The Tavistock Health Centre is located at 80 Maria Street in Tavistock. At the 5-way intersection in Tavistock (traffic light) turn south onto Maria Street (one way) towards the Arena and Memorial Hall. The centre is at the end of Maria Street, on the right-hand side across from Tavistock Public School.
